摘 要:针对引信电源分步式测试导致电源测试与实际使用环境不等效的问题,建立过载与转速同步实现平台,提出基于双环境力的引信电源工作环境等效模拟测试方法。首先利用压缩空气和旋转台产生电源测试模拟弹丸飞行的动力和转速,进而通过模拟弹丸发射和阻尼发生器进行过载和离心力的复合加载,最后通过机械结构实现模拟弹丸的无损回收。试验结果表明,与传统分步式测试方法相比,双环境力测试方法利用过载和转速的同步实现,提高了测试精度,达到了与工作环境的基本等效。In response to the problem of testing method that was not equivalent to actual working environment due to step-by-step testing of fuse power supply,the platform for achieving overload and speed synchronization was established,and an equivalent simulation testing method for the working environment of fuse power supply based on dual environmental forces was proposed.This method first used compressed air and the rotating table to generate power to test and simulate the power and speed of projectile flight.Then,by simulating projectile launch and damping generator,overload and centrifugal force were combined for loading.Finally,non-destructive recovery of simulated projectiles was achieved through mechanical structure.The experimental results showed that compared with the traditional step-by-step testing method,the dual environmental force testing method utilized synchronization of overload and speed to improve testing accuracy and achieve basic equivalence with the working environment.
