摘　　要：马克思在《法兰西内战》中以历史的眼光,基于对巴黎公社政权的分析,聚焦国家治理权力来源和国家治理制度构建,对无产阶级取得政权后的国家治理问题进行了具有指导意义的理论总结,标志着马克思对于国家学说开始聚焦国家治理层面。当代“中国之治”坚持和加强党的集中统一领导、深化“两个革命”、始终维护农民阶级利益、充分尊重人民首创精神、建设服务型政府、发展全过程人民民主、牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权,既是对马克思国家治理思想的继承和发展,也为我国社会主义现代化提供理论借鉴、路径启示和方向引领。In the French Civil War,Marx focused on the source of state governance power and the construction of state governance system based on the analysis of the Paris Commune regime,and made a summary of the state governance issues after the proletariat gained power,which marked that Marx’s theory of the state began to focus on the level of state governance.Upholding and strengthening the centralized and unified leadership of the Party,deepening the“two revolutions”,safeguarding the interests of the peasant class,respecting the initiative of the people,building a service-oriented government,developing people’s democracy,and grasping the leadership of ideological work in the contemporary“Rule of China”are both the inheritance and development of Marx’s thought on state governance.It provides theoretical reference,path enlightenment and direction guidance for China’s socialist modernization.
