摘　　要：抗菌防霉材料被广泛应用于医疗器械、家电卫浴等领域。以聚碳酸酯(PC)和玻璃基抗菌剂为主要原料,采用熔融共混法制备了兼具透明和抗菌防霉效果的PC材料,考查了抗菌剂种类及其不同添加量时材料的抗细菌和霉菌性能、透光率、雾度、力学性能和热学性能。结果表明,相比普通抗菌PC材料,玻璃基抗菌剂制备的抗菌PC不但具有优良的抗菌防霉性能和力学性能,同时具有更高的透明度。由抗菌剂AGZ-B制备得到的PC比抗菌剂AGZ-A得到的材料具有更好的广谱抗菌性能和透明度,但缺口冲击强度和耐热性能下降更多;当其添加质量分数为1.5%时,材料对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌率均达到99.9%,防霉等级为1级,透光率为78.7%,雾度为58.4%,缺口冲击强度为13.7 kJ/m^(2),维卡软化温度为138.4℃。使用抗菌剂AGZ-B制备的透明抗菌防霉PC材料,抗菌防霉性、透明度、强度和耐热性均达到标准要求,已在高端净水器水箱上得到初步应用。Antibacterial and anti-mildew materials are widely used in medical devices,household appliances and other fields.Transparent antibacterial and anti-mildew polycarbonate(PC)were prepared by melt blending method with PC and glass-based antibacterial agents as main raw materials.The effect of the antibacterial agents and their different dosage on the antibacterial and antimildew,light transmittance,haze,mechanical and thermal properties of the obtained materials were investigated.The results show that compared to ordinary antibacterial PC materials,the obtained antibacterial PC prepared with glass based antibacterial agents not only have excellent antibacterial and anti-mildew properties and mechanical properties,but also have higher transparency.The PC material prepared by antimicrobial agent AGZ-B has better broad-spectrum antibacterial properties and transparency compared to that with antimicrobial agent AGZ-A,but its notch impact strength and heat resistance decrease more at the same time.When the amount of antimicrobial agent AGZ-B is 1.5%,the bactericidal rate of the material against staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli reach 99.9%,the anti-mildew grade is 1,the light transmittance is 78.7%,the haze is 58.4%,the notch impact strength is 13.7 kJ/m^(2),and vicat softening temperature is 138.4℃.The transparent,high antibacterial and mildew resistant PC material prepared by the antibacterial agent AGZ-B which meets the standard requirements in terms of antibacterial and mold resistant properties,transparency,strength,and heat resistance has been preliminarily applied to the high-end water purifier water tank.
