摘 要:通过工程地质调查、钻探、室内试验、水文试验等手段,在综合分析各勘察资料基础上,从基础型式、桩基选型、单桩承载力估算等方面来评价某高层建筑基础的可靠性。工程实例结果表明,采用CFG桩复合地基基础设计可使地基强度达到400kPa,地基沉降能满足规范要求,对建筑物来说是可行的、安全的。研究结果可为类似高层建筑基础设计提供参考。Through engineering geological investigation,drlling,indoor test,hydrological test and other means,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of various survey data,the reliability of a high-rise building foundation was evaluated from the aspects of foundation type,pile foundation selection,and single pile bearing capacity estimation.The results of the engineering example showed that the foundation strength can reach 400 kPa by using CFG pile composite foundation design,and the foundation settlement can meet the requirements of the code,which is feasible and safe for the building.The research results can provide a reference for the foundation design of similar high-rise buildings.
