交通基础设施投资能够促进农村产业融合吗?——来自中国土地市场的证据

摘　　要：交通基础设施投资是推动经济增长和促进地区经济发展的关键因素,具有减贫效应和促进农业发展的作用,其对农村产业融合发展的影响亟待探讨。通过整理2010—2019年中国土地市场网公布的交通运输用地供地信息,衡量交通基础设施投资力度,并利用同期中国县级层面的经济数据测算农村产业融合水平,实证检验交通基础设施投资对农村产业融合水平的影响和作用机制。结果显示:各县交通基础设施投资力度的提高会显著提升当地农村产业融合水平。这一影响因经济地理区位、农业功能定位和交通能力定位的不同而存在差异,交通基础设施投资对中西部地区、粮食主产区和交通强国试点区域的农村产业融合具有显著推动作用。进一步的机制分析发现,交通基础设施投资能够打破城乡壁垒,通过提高地区间交通运输能力、促进产业集聚和激发创新活力等途径提升农村产业融合水平。Transport infrastructure investment is a key factor in driving economic growth and fostering regional economic development.Transportation infrastructure investment has a poverty reduction effect and promotes agricultural development.However,the influence on the comprehensive development of rural industries is less explored.By collating land supply information on transportation land published by the China Land Market website from 2010 to 2019,we construct transportation infrastructure investment strength indicators.We also use county-level economic data from the same period to construct rural industrial integration indicators,aiming to empirically test the impact of transportation infrastructure investment on the level of rural industrial integration and its mechanism of action.The results show that an increase in transportation infrastructure investment in each county significantly improves the local level of rural industrial integration.This effect varies according to economic and geographic location,agricultural function positioning,and transportation capacity positioning.Notably,transportation infrastructure investment has a significant role in promoting rural industrial integration in the central and western regions,the main grain-producing areas,and the pilot regions of transportation power.Further mechanism analysis suggests that investment in transportation infrastructure can enhance rural industrial integration by improving inter-regional transportation capacity,promoting industrial agglomeration,and stimulating innovation vitality.
