摘　　要：目的探讨基于智慧管理平台的多维协同护理模式对高血压患者疾病管理能力及血压控制的影响。方法选取2022年7月至2023年4月我院收治的180例高血压患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各90例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施基于智慧管理平台的多维协同护理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的疾病管理能力量表各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的服药依从性优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于智慧管理平台的多维协同护理模式可提高高血压患者的疾病管理能力、血压控制效果、服药依从性及生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effects of multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on smart management platform on disease management ability and blood pressure control in patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 180 patients with hypertension admitted in our hospital from July 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on smart management platform on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the disease management ability scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of medication compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The multi-dimensional collaborative nursing model based on the smart management platform can improve the disease management ability,blood pressure control effect,medication compliance and quality of life of patients with hypertension,which is worthy of promotion.
