摘 要:针对指形薄膜类材料不易包装且自动化程度低的问题,设计一种指形薄膜包装机。采用仿生人工装袋方式,以伺服电缸作为动力元件,调节薄膜装袋过程中的开度与力度,保证装袋过程的可靠性;采用MC501CD防静电材料制作夹爪,极大地减少静电对包装过程的影响;采用多料位间歇往复式包材供送方案,提高装袋效率。经样机试制,批量装袋测试结果表明,包装机可以高效完成对指形薄膜的输送、装袋、封合及收卷下料等功能,工作效率达60个/min,指膜夹取完好率100%,装袋合格率99.05%,凹凸扣封合成功率99.05%,包装效率可提升168%。研究为提高指膜包装行业自动化程度及包装可靠性提供参考。In order to address the problems of difficulties in packaging and low automation levels,a packaging machine for fingerstalls was designed.By employing a biomimetic artificial bagging method,the machine utilizes servo electric cylinders as power components to adjust the opening and force during the bagging process so as to ensure reliable operation.The grippers are made of MC501CD antistatic material,which significantly reduces the impact of static electricity on the packaging process.A multi-material level intermittent reciprocating feeding solution was adopted to improve efficiency.The prototype trial production and batch bagging test results show that the fingerstall packaging machine can efficiently perform functions such as conveying,bagging,sealing,rewinding,and discharging of thin-film materials.The machine’s working efficiency reaches 60 pieces per minute with a 100%intact rate for clamping,99.05%qualification rate for bagging,99.05%success rate for sealing,and the efficiency can be improved by 168%.The research provides a reference for improving the automation level and packaging reliability of fingerstall packaging industry.
