摘  要:当前实际工程和业内人士对剪力墙置换混凝土的研究主要集中在有支撑置换阶段,而剪力墙免支撑置换方面的研究尚处在初级阶段。基于此,论文对免支撑置换混凝土技术进行了研究,采用 PKPM 对结构进行初步计算,接着以 2 层 11/B~E 轴间剪力墙为例,采用生死单元技术建立了 ABAQUS 有限元模型,采用图片的形式对有限元结果进行展示,对构件的应力和变形结果进行了详细地分析。最后通过工程实际情况对置换加固方案进行设计,对置换过程中的施工技术要点进行概述,并对施工监测进行了简单地叙述。结果表明:理论值与模拟值基本接近,满足施工安全的要求,周围及重点部位构件未发现明显变形和裂缝,说明置换过程中分段原混凝土起到了一定支承作用,保证了结构安全,简化了施工工艺,不仅大大缩短了施工周期,更降低了施工成本。At present,the research on the replacement concrete of shear wall in practical engineering and industry mainly focuses on the supported replacement stage,while the research on the non-supported replacement of shear wall is still in the primary stage.Based on this,this paper studies the support free replacement concrete technology and uses PKPM to preliminarily calculate the structure,describes the internal force calculation process of PKPM in the form of pictures and words.Then,taking the two-story 11/B~E axis shear wall as an example,the ABAQUS finite element model is established by using the life and death element technology,the finite element results are displayed in the form of pictures,and the stress and deformation results of the members are analyzed in detail.Finally,through the actual situation of the project,the replacement and reinforcement scheme is designed,the key points of construction technology in the replacement process are summarized,and the construction monitoring is simply described.The results show that the theoretical value is basically close to the simulated value,which meets the requirements of construction safety,and no obvious deformation and cracks are found in the surrounding and key parts of the components,indicating that the segmented original concrete plays a certain supporting role in the replacement process,ensures the structural safety,
