摘  要:桩底后注浆是在浇筑灌注桩混凝土前通过钢筋笼预埋注浆管,在混凝土达到一定强度后,使用高压注浆泵将水泥浆液压入桩底及桩周土层内,将桩底沉渣、桩底土层和桩体周围土体进行固化,最终达到提高单桩承载力、减小桩基沉降的施工方法。本文主要论述了桩底后注浆施工工艺,采用该技术不仅解决了机械成孔灌注桩时,机械清孔不彻底、沉渣难以消除的问题,而且提高了灌注桩单桩承载力,满足施工质量要求的同时降低了工程造价,减少了材料、机械和周转料的数量,减轻了前期材料和资金的压力,推进项目工作的正常进行,取得较好的经济效益。The post grouting of pile bottom is the grouting pipe embedded through the steel cage before pouring the concrete of the pile,after the concrete has reached a certain strength,high pressure grouting pump is used to press cement grout into the pile bottom and soil layer around the pile,the pile bottom sediment,pile bottom soil layer and soil around the pile body were solidified,finally,the construction method of improving the bearing capacity of single pile and reducing the settlement of pile foundation is achieved.This paper mainly discusses the construction technology of pile bottom grouting,this technology can not only solve the problem of mechanical hole filling pile,mechanical hole cleaning is not thorough,the problem of sediment,it also improves the bearing capacity of cast-in-place pile,meet the construction quality requirements and reduce the cost of the project,the amount of materials,machinery and turnover materials is reduced,reduce the pressure of materials and funds in the early stage,promote the normal progress of project work,achieve better economic benefits.
