摘　　要：静压植桩技术是在锤击、振动成桩不适用时而衍生,该工艺原理是静压植桩机利用自身的重力和已压入地层的几根桩的抗拔反力来克服新压入桩压入过程中的摩擦力和桩端阻力,不断利用新压入的桩作为后续桩施工的反力和桩机行走的轨道。在城区临近老旧房屋通过采用静压植桩施工技术,有效地保护了施工区域周边老旧房屋,解决了施工场地狭窄、机械振动、噪音大等问题。该工艺适用地质范围广,降低对施工周边环境的影响,工序简单,成本较低,施工精度、效率及质量较高。The static pressure pile planting technology is derived from the inapplicability of piling by hammering and vibration.The principle of this technology is that the static pressure pile planting machine uses its own gravity and the anti-pulling reaction force of several piles that have been pressed into the stratum to overcome the friction and pile tip resistance during the pressing process of the new pressed pile,and constantly uses the new pressed pile as the reaction force of the subsequent pile construction and the walking track of the pile machine.By adopting the static pressure pile planting construction technology near the old houses in the urban area,the old houses around the construction area are effectively protected,and the problems of narrow construction site,mechanical vibration,loud noise,etc.are solved.This process is applicable to a wide range of geology,reducing the impact on the surrounding environment of construction,with simple process,low cost,and high construction accuracy,efficiency and quality.
