摘  要:装配式剪力墙结构区别于传统现浇剪力墙结构,装配整体式剪力墙结构采用预制混凝土夹心保温外墙板,而传统型钢悬挑外防护脚手架在装配式结构中与墙体灌浆节点存在冲突,且需在预制外墙中预留洞口后期封堵具有一定困难,还易造成漏水隐患;由横杆、斜杆、竖向、腹杆组成的三角桁架通过螺栓与外墙预留孔进行连接,形成三角桁架悬挑外防护架,可有效规避以上风险,减少对外墙的影响。论文以实际工程案例为背景,对装配剪力墙结构三角桁架悬挑架体的特点、关键技术等方面进行分析,详细介绍选型思路及深化设计要点,对类似工程具有一定的参考价值。The prefabricated shear wall structure is different from the traditional cast-in-place shear wall structure,the prefabricated integral shear wall structure uses prefabricated concrete sandwich insulation external wall panels,while the traditional steel cantilever external protective scaffolding conflicts with the wall grouting node in the prefabricated structure and needs to reserve holes in the prefabricated external wall for later sealing,which has certain difficulties and can also cause potential water leakage;a triangular truss composed of horizontal bars,diagonal bars,vertical bars,and web bars is connected to the reserved holes on the exterior wall through bolts,forming a triangular truss cantilever external protective frame that can effectively avoid the above risks and reduce the impact on the exterior wall.Taking practical engineering cases as the background,this paper analyzes the characteristics and key technologies of the triangular truss cantilever frame of the assembled shear wall structure,and provides a detailed introduction to the selection ideas and deepening design points,which has certain reference value for similar projects.
