摘 要:多层建筑电梯井及集水坑地下结构现浇施工过程中,由于井壁吊模构造及混凝土浮力作用,大概率会发生模板上浮现象,一旦出现浮模后模板无法复位,导致成品质量不合格返工处理,造成严重的质量事故。论文依托实体工程,针对电梯井、集水坑模板抗浮措施,改进现有技术的不足,创新采用“抗浮锚杆法”施工工艺,排除地下空间整体吊模施工的质量通病与技术瓶颈,确保混凝土基础工程实体结构安全、质量目标,可为类似工程提供参考。During the cast-in-place construction process of elevator shafts and underground structures in high-rise buildings,due to the suspended formwork structure of the shaft wall and the buoyancy effect of the concrete,it is highly likely that the formwork will float.Once the floating formwork occurs,the formwork cannot be reset,resulting in rework of the finished product quality and serious quality accidents.This article relies on physical engineering to address the anti-floating measures of elevator shaft and collection pit formwork,improve the shortcomings of existing technology,innovate the use of the“anti-floating anchor rod method”construction process,eliminate the quality common problems and technical bottlenecks of the overall suspended formwork construction in underground spaces,ensure the safety and quality goals of concrete foundation engineering solid structures,and provide reference and reference for similar projects.
