摘 要:自动驾驶技术为自动化集装箱码头和现有码头自动化升级改造提供了一种经济的、对陆域条件和码头平面布置形态适应性强的水平运输自动化解决方案,是智慧港口建设的一部分。文章依托妈湾海星码头改造无人集卡自动化集装箱码头工程测试现状,研究基于自动驾驶技术的无人驾驶集卡在目前技术条件下安全应用需解决的关键技术问题,提出了无人集卡模式下自动化集装箱港区的总体布置关键因素,对推动无人集卡在自动化集装箱码头的规模化应用具有重要意义,可为我国自动化集装箱码头建设提供借鉴。Automatic driving technology provides an economical horizontal transportation automation solution for automated container terminals and the automation upgrade of existing terminals,which is highly adaptable to land conditions and terminal layout forms,and is a part of the construction of smart ports.Based on the current testing situation of Mawan Xinghai Terminal to transform an automated container terminal with driverless container trucks,this paper studies the key technical problems to be solved for the application of driverless container trucks based on automatic driving technology under current technological conditions,and puts forward the key factors for the general layout of the automated container port area under the mode of driverless container trucks,which is of great significance to promote the large-scale application of driverless container trucks in automated container terminals,and can provide reference for the construction of automated container terminals in China.
