摘 要:湛江港验潮站预制井筒结构长9.5 m,重18 t,距验潮站2.5 m处的码头泊位服役近30 a,经检测表明其承载能力不足,码头泊位无法满足大型起重设备进场作业,预制井筒结构整段吊装存在困难。为此研究类工厂化的井筒结构段预制拼装下放工艺,实现场内分段预制,施工现场小型起重设备起吊,边拼装边下放。研发了相应的拼装接头、拼装下放工艺、拼装控制技术和下放装置。通过工程应用验证,验潮站井筒结构节段预制拼装下放工艺有效避免了对大型起重设备的依赖性,有良好的推广应用价值。The prefabricated shaft structure of Zhanjiang Port Tide Gauge Station is 9.5 m in length and 18 t in weight.The dock berth located 2.5 m away from the tide gauge station has been in service for nearly 30 years,it was found that the bearing capacity is insufficient after testing,and the dock berth cannot meet the entry requirements of large lifting equipment,the entire section of the prefabricated shaft structure is difficult to lift.For this purpose,research is being conducted on the precast,assembly,and lowering process of factory-like industrialized shaft structural sections.The on-site prefabrication is carried out in sections,and small lifting equipment is used for lifting on the construction site,assembling and lowering at the same time.The corresponding assembly joints,assembly and lowering processes,assembly control technologies,and lowering devices was developed.Through engineering application verification,the segmental precast-assembly-lowering technology for shaft structure of tidal gauge station effectively avoids the dependence on large lifting equipment,and has good promotion and application value.
