摘 要:针对邻近民房集中区隧道钻爆法施工爆破对建筑物产生扰动的问题,研究从爆破参数和振动控制措施2个方面开展了隧道控制爆破技术分析,选取爆区7处民房进行监测,结合现场实际情况,确定民房安全允许振动速度为0.5 cm/s,预警值为安全允许振动速度的80%,以此计算出爆区与被保护物体距离和单响控制药量之间的关系。现场对邻近建筑物振动峰值振速、隧道洞内变形和地表沉降进行监测,结果表明:峰值振速监测中75%以上的数据小于0.5 cm/s,95%以上的数据小于1.0 cm/s,现场位移监测结果满足施工管理控制标准,最终验证了该爆破技术可最大程度地降低爆破对周围建(构)筑物的影响,隧道结构处于稳定状态。In view of the disturbance caused to buildings by tunnel drilling and blasting construction blasting in nearby concentrated areas of civil houses,a study on tunnel controlled blasting technology was carried out from two aspects of blasting parameters and vibration control measures 7 civil houses in the explosion area were selected for monitoring,and combined with the actual situation on site,the safe permissible vibration speed of civil houses was determined to be 0.5cm/s.The warning value is 80%of the safe allowable vibration speed,and the relationship between the distance between the explosion area and the protected object and the control charge of a single sound is calculated.The peak vibration velocity of adjacent buildings,deformation in tunnel and surface settlement were monitored on site,and the results showed as follow:In the peak vibration velocity monitoring,more than 75%of the data is less than 0.5cm/s,and more than 95%of the data is less than 1.0cm/s.The site displacement monitoring results meet the construction management control standards,and finally verify that the blasting technology can minimize the impact of blasting on the surrounding buildings(structures),and the tunnel structure is in a stable state.
