摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,建设工程项目信息化管理系统在项目管理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。旨在探讨建设工程项目信息化管理系统的应用现状,分析其管理特点,并提出相应优化策略,以期为项目管理的现代化和智能化提供有益参考。研究依托深圳市工务署运用E工务、EIM管理平台强化信息化工程项目管理体系,以任务管理为主线,实现工程进度实时监控、进度动态展示,以提高工程管控效率。With the rapid development of information technology,construction project information management system plays an increasingly important role in project management.This study discusses the application of construction project information management system,analyzes its management characteristics,and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy,in order to provide useful reference for the modernization and intellectualization of project management.This study relies on Shenzhen Public Works Department to strengthen the project management system of information engineering by using e-engineering and EIM management platform,taking task management as the main line,to realize real-time monitoring and dynamic display of project progress,improve the efficiency of management and control.
