摘  要:巫山大宁河大桥工程地势险要,施工风险高,钢箱格构梁吊装施工存在一定的技术难度。研究依托实际桥梁建设项目,对钢箱格构梁吊装关键技术进行了分析。研究结合具体施工环境,制订了本桥钢箱梁总体施工方案,即从两岸边跨向跨中吊装。针对不同位置处的节段,分别采用了边跨拱内吊装、拱内换钩吊装、扁担梁拱外吊装、合龙段单钩吊装的吊装方式。解决了吊装过程中遇到的施工场地狭窄,吊装施工难度大等工程难点,保证了工程质量和施工安全,以期为今后类似工程施工提供借鉴。The Wushan Daning river bridge project has a dangerous terrain and high construction risks,and there are certain technical difficulties in the hoisting construction of steel box lattice beams.Based on actual bridge construction projects,this study analyzed the key technologies for hoisting steel box lattice beams.Based on the specific construction environment,an overall construction plan for the steel box girder of this bridge has been developed,which involves lifting from the sides of both banks to the middle of the span.For different sections at different positions,the lifting methods were adopted,including lifting inside the arch with side spans,lifting with hook replacement inside the arch,lifting outside the arch with pole beams,and lifting with a single hook for the closure section.Solved the engineering difficulties encountered during the lifting process,such as narrow construction sites and high difficulty in lifting construction,ensuring project quality and construction safety,and providing reference for similar projects in the future.
