摘  要:在管理伦理的视域下,管理应当是交融伦理的管理,一切管理行为和管理活动都应体现均衡利己与利他、兼顾效率与公平、统一功利与人文等管理伦理的普遍原则。对照管理伦理的普遍原则,当前我国高校教师管理面临的伦理困境具体表现为以满足管理者对教师的问责需求为管理目的,以奉行效率优先的教师评价体系为管理手段,最终加剧了高校与教师急功近利的行为选择。其根源在于理论层面的教育管理伦理研究匮乏、社会层面的个人服从集体式伦理准则的影响和主体层面的高校内部管理者的专业化水平有待提升。为实现高校教师管理的伦理化,未来应着力健全教师管理的民主参与机制、构建多元分类的教师评价体系、夯实教师发展的支持服务体系。From the perspective of management ethics,management should integrates ethics.All management behaviors and activi-ties should reflect the universal principles of management ethics,such as balancing self-interest and altruism,efficiency and fairness,and unifying utility and humanity.According to the general principles of management ethics,the ethical dilemma faced by the current management of university teachers in China is manifested in the management purpose of meeting the accountability needs of managers for teachers,and the implementation of an efficiency first teacher evaluation system as a management tool,ultimately intensifying the behavior choices of universities and teachers who are eager for quick success and instant benefits.The root cause lies in the lack of re-search on educational management ethics at the theoretical level,the influence of individual obedience to collective ethical standards at the social level,and the need to improve the professional level of internal managers in universities at the subject level.In order to a-chieve the ethical management of university teachers,efforts should be made to improve the democratic participation mechanism of teacher management,build a diversified and classified teacher evaluation system,and strengthen the support and service system for teacher development in the future.
