摘　　要：权力运行是大学学科治理的核心议题,其中,行政权力与学术权力相互混淆、渗透问题被长期关切,然而治理效果有限。以博弈论为基础构建以“局中人-策略-利益”为核心要素的分析框架,尝试新思路求解老问题。研究发现,权力双方通过收益和成本的评估差值而作出自利最大化策略,欠缺对大学学科治理整体利益考量,因而导致利益争夺的局中人困境、决策变更的策略困境、格局失衡的利益困境。为更好突破困境,引导权力良序运行,需要构建基于利益共同体的共生机制破解局中人困境,构建基于小数据矩阵的理性决策机制破解策略困境,强化目标管理通过调适决策的价值理性和工具理性破解利益困境。Power operation is the core issue of university discipline governance,in which administrative power and academic power are confused and infiltrated,which has long been concerned.However,the governance effect is limited.A game-theoretic analytical framework is constructed,with the core concept of"player-strategy-revenue".This framework is employed to develop novel solu-tions to long-standing problems.It has been demonstrated that the two sides of power lead to the strategy of maximizing self-interest by evaluating the difference between income and cost,without consideration of the overall interests of university discipline governance.This results in a dilemma for players in interest competition,a strategic dilemma of decision-making change and an income dilemma of unbalanced pattern.In order to overcome the dilemmas and facilitate the orderly operation of power,it is necessary to build a symbiotic mechanism based on interest community to solve the dilemma of players,a rational decision-making mechanism based on small data matrix to solve the strategic dilemma,and strengthen target management to solve the income dilemma by adjusting the value rationality and instrumental rationality of decision-making.
