摘  要:以某核电站隧道机组在盾构施工过程中产生的废弃泥浆作为研究对象,通过压滤试验探究了工程废弃泥浆的物理性质及压滤性能,分析了添加不同比例CaO及Na 2SiO 4和CaCl 2组合溶液的废弃泥浆压滤效果,结果表明,同比例下添加CaO的泥浆压滤速度优于组合溶液,但CaO增大了滤液的pH及施工效率和成本,而组合溶液则能够满足工程需要且避免这些问题。Taking the waste mud generated during shield tunneling construction of a nuclear power plant tunnel unit as the research object,this paper explored the physical properties and pressure filtration performance of engineering waste mud through the pressure filtration tests,analyzed the pressure filtration effect of waste mud with different proportions of CaO and Na 2SiO 4 and CaCl 2 combination solutions,the results showed that under the same proportion,the mud pressure velocity of CaO was better than that of the combination solution,but CaO increased the pH of the filtrate,increased the construction efficiency and cost,while the combination solution could meet engineering needs and avoid these problems.
