市政公路隧道浅埋暗挖施工中软土预加固注浆工艺研究

摘  要:某地铁站点的出入口下穿市政公路,拱顶上覆层为软土,存在塌陷风险。在隧道初期支护阶段采用长管棚预注浆+超前小导管预注浆加固方案,注浆材料为水泥浆液,但实际效果不佳。研究过程分析了原方案存在的问题,包括浆液渗透性差、凝结时间较长、注浆压力不均匀,为了提高加固效果,改为双重管后退式注浆技术,注浆材料改用水泥+水玻璃。路面和拱顶沉降监测结果显示,改进措施取得了良好的软土加固效果。The entrance and exit of a certain subway station passes through a municipal road,and the overlying layer of the arch is soft soil,which poses a risk of collapse.In the initial support stage of the tunnel,a long pipe shed pre-grouting+advanced small pipe pre-grouting reinforcement scheme was adopted,and the grouting material was cement slurry,but the actual effect was not satisfactory.The research process analyzed the problems existing in the original plan,including poor permeability of the slurry,long setting time,and uneven grouting pressure.In order to improve the reinforcement effect,the double tube backward grouting technology was adopted,and the grouting material was changed to cement+water glass.The monitoring results of road surface and arch settlement show that the improvement measures have achieved good results in soft soil reinforcement.
