摘 要:以某中医院建设项目为例,研究探讨了医疗设施中的生活热水供应系统低碳设计。传统的医院热水供应通常依赖集中式锅炉加热方式,该方法存在的问题包括能源利用率低、机房空间占用大、运行成本高昂、存在生产安全隐患等。这些因素间接影响了医疗服务品质及患者的就医感受。鉴于上述挑战,该研究创新性地引入了夏热冬冷区域适用的低温空气源热泵技术,并结合太阳能集热系统来共同满足生活热水的制备需求;此方案通过多层级利用可再生能源,有效减少了医院热水系统的能耗,促成了碳排放的减少。同时,经由科学合理的热水系统设计,还解决了热水温度波动引发的使用者不适问题。旨在分享低温空气源热泵技术在医疗建筑热水供应设计中的经验,为同行业者在可再生能源应用于医院热水系统方面提供参考和借鉴。This article focuses on the domestic hot water engineering of medical buildings,using a project from a certain traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Traditional hospital hot water projects use centralized boilers for heating.In order to fully utilize green energy,the computer room occupies a large area,is not energy-saving,and has high operating costs,which directly affects the quality of medical services and the patient's medical experience.To address these issues,this article proposes a design strategy of using low-temperature air source heat pumps in hot summer and cold winter regions coupled with solar collectors,to produce domestic hot water;By utilizing renewable energy in a cascade manner,the operational energy consumption of hospital domestic hot water has been reduced,achieving carbon reduction;By designing a reasonable hot water system,discomfort caused by unstable hot water temperature has been avoided.This article aims to share the experience of low-temperature air source heat pump technology in the design of hot water supply in medical buildings,providing reference and inspiration for peers in the application of renewable energy in hospital hot water systems.
