摘　　要：交通高质量发展研究主要集中于交通运输可持续发展政策、评价原则以及评价指标体系,对交通建设工程评价体系有待拓展研究。依托2011年—2020年江苏省交通建设工程相关指标数据,选取评价指标,构建交通建设工程高质量发展评价指标体系,基于耦合度与耦合协调度理论采用Excel得出耦合度以及耦合协调度,进行交通建设工程与地方政府、市场企业与社会民众的耦合协调分析。结果表明,2011年—2020年江苏省交通建设工程与市场企业和社会民众之间耦合度最好,二者之间均经历了由失调到协调的过程。对交通建设工程高质量发展提供有效路径与政策建议,为交通强国建设提供理论指导与科学依据。The research on high-quality development of transportation mainly focuses on sustainable development policies,evaluation principles,and evaluation index systems for transportation.The evaluation system for transportation construction projects needs to be further expanded.This article relies on the relevant indicator data of transportation construction projects in Jiangsu Province from 2011 to 2020,selects evaluation indicators,and constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of transportation construction projects.Based on the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree theory,Excel is used to obtain the coupling degree and coupling coordination scheduling,and the coupling coordination analysis of transportation construction projects with local governments,market enterprises,and the public is carried out.The results indicate that from 2011 to 2020,the coupling degree between transportation construction projects in Jiangsu Province and market enterprises and the general public was the best,and both experienced a process from imbalance to coordination.This article provides effective paths and policy recommendations for the high-quality development of transportation construction projects,and provides theoretical guidance and scientific basis for the construction of a strong transportation country.
