补骨舒筋汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗肾阳亏虚型类风湿性关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察补骨舒筋汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗肾阳亏虚型类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取72例肾阳亏虚型类风湿性关节炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各36例。对照组采用来氟米特治疗,研究组采用补骨舒筋汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候评分以及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、晨僵时间与双手握力改善情况,以及血清类风湿因子(RF)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)水平。结果:研究组总有效率86.11%,对照组为63.89%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组关节压痛、晨僵畏寒、舌淡苔白等中医证候评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组各项中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清RF、CRP、IL-6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且研究组RF、CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、晨僵时间均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),双手握力较治疗前增加(P<0.05);且研究组VAS评分、晨僵时间少于对照组(P<0.05),双手握力大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补骨舒筋汤联合正清风痛宁缓释片治疗肾阳亏虚型类风湿性关节炎,能够显著缓解患者临床症状,改善关节功能,减轻炎症反应及RF损害。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bugu Shujin Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-Release Tablets on kidney yang deficiency rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:A total of 72 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of kidney yang deficiency were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Leflunomide,and the study group was treated with Bugu Shujin Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-Release Tablets.The clinical effects,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,morning stiffness time,improvement of hand grip strength,and levels of serum rheumatoid factor(RF),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 86.11%in the study group and 63.89%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of joint tenderness,morning stiffness and fear of cold,pale tongue and white coating in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the TCM syndrome scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum RF,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of RF,CRP and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores and morning stiffness time in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and hand grip strength was increased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);the VAS score and morning stiffness time in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and hand grip strength was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bugu Shujin Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-Release Tablets can signific
