浅析施氏针灸温阳通滞理论与应用

摘　　要：浅析施氏针灸温阳通滞理论及临床应用。施氏针灸具有“一针、二灸、三用药,提倡针、灸、药三者并用”之特色。施氏针灸运用温阳通滞理论诊治疾病,认为治疗需以温阳为先,临证通过选穴及艾灸起温阳之效,选穴注重腧穴之穴性,配用合穴,重视对督脉诸穴之用,艾灸有麦粒灸、硫磺灸及隔药饼灸等。在温阳的同时,尚宜通滞,临证采用针刺进针、行针手法、配用输穴及温针等方法。施氏认为,针石攻其外,药物攻其内,提倡针、灸、药三者并用,可据辨证酌情选用温阳通滞之药。This paper analyzes SHI's acupuncture and moxibustion with the theory of warming yang and removing stagnation and its application.SHI's acupuncture and moxibustion has the characteristics of"acupuncture first,followed by moxibustion,and then medication,advocating the combination of acupuncture,moxibustion and medicine".SHI's acupuncture and moxibustion uses the theory of warming yang and removing stagnation to diagnose and treat diseases.It is believed that the treatment should take warming yang as the priority,and the effect of warming yang should be achieved through acupoint selection and moxibustion.The acupoint selection should pay attention to the nature of acupoints,the use of he-points,and the use of acupoints on the governer vessel should be emphasized.Moxibustion includes moxibustion with seed-sized moxa cone,sulfur moxibustion,and medicinal cake seperated moxibustion.At the same time as warming yang,it is also advisable to remove stagnation;in clinical practice,methods such as needle insertion,needling manipulation,the use of shu-stream points,and warm needling are used.SHI holds that acupuncture and needling stone treat disease from the outside and the medicine treat disease from the inside.It advocates the combination of acupuncture,moxibustion,and medicine.According to the syndrome differentiation,the medicinals of warming yang and removing stagnation can be selected as appropriate.
