摘　　要：介绍赵坤教授治疗小儿慢性肺炎的临床经验。赵坤教授认为,小儿慢性肺炎的发病原因为外感邪气,内根于肺脾肾不足及护理、饮食不当。病位在肺,与脾、心、肾关系密切;病机特点为热、毒、虚、痰、瘀;治法有清热解毒化痰、活血化瘀、补气温阳。方药选用芦根、鱼腥草、桑白皮等药物清热解毒驱邪防止邪气进一步损伤肺脉;桃仁、红花、川芎活血化瘀行气,畅通肺部脉道使药物可达病灶;紫菀、橘络、海浮石等化痰通络,祛除肺部之顽痰;黄芪、太子参等益气升阳健脾,少量附子温肾补阳。This paper introduces Professor ZHAO Kun's clinical experience in treating chronic pneumonia in children.Professor ZHAO Kun believes that the cause of chronic pneumonia in children is external contraction of pathogenic qi,whose internal root is insufficiency of lung,spleen and kidney qi,and improper nursing and diet.The disease location lies in the lung,closely related to the spleen,heart and kidney.The pathogenesis is characterized by heat,toxin,deficiency,phlegm and stasis.The treatment includes clearing heat,resolving toxins and dissolving phlegm,invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,and supplementing qi and warming yang.Such medicinals are selected in prescriptions as Phragmitis Rhizoma,Houttuyniae Herba and Mori Cortex to clear heat,resolve toxins and dispel pathogen,preventing pathogenic qi from further damaging lung vessels.Such medicinals are selected as Persicae Semen,Carthami Flos,Chuanxiong Rhizoma to invigorate blood,dissolve stasis and move qi,freeing the lung vessels so that medicinal effect can be exerted on the lesions.Such medicinals are selected as Asteris Radix et Rhizoma,Vascular Aurantii and Pumex to dissolve phlegm and unblock the collaterals,dispelling stubborn phlegm from the lung.Such medicinals are selected as Astragali Radix and Pseudostellariae Radix to boost qi,raise yang and fortify the spleen,supplemented with a small usage of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata to warm kidney and tonify yang.
