摘　　要：介绍邓高丕教授治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床经验。邓高丕教授认为,早发性卵巢功能不全的基本病机为肾虚肝郁血虚,兼有脾虚、津亏、血瘀病机。临证重视补肾调肝、精血双补,擅用秋实浆果类滋补厚味中药补益肝肾,亦兼顾充养脾胃,资气血生化之源。治法有:疏肝解郁,调畅气机;活血化瘀,除旧生新;补养肺胃,生津润燥。This paper introduces Professor DENG Gaopi's clinical experience in treating premature ovarian insufficiency.Professor DENG Gaopi believes that the basic pathogenesis of premature ovarian insufficiency is kidney deficiency,liver depression,and blood deficiency,combined with spleen deficiency,liquid depletion,and blood stasis.In clinic,he attaches great importance to tonifying the kidney and regulating the liver,supplementing both essence and blood,and adeptly using autumn berry-type Chinese medicinals with strong taste to nourish the liver and kidney,which also nourish the spleen and stomach,and serve as the source of generating and transforming qi and blood.The treatment methods include:soothing the liver and relieving depression,regulating the flow of qi;invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,removing old and promoting new growth;nourishing the lung and stomach,and promoting fluid production and moistening dryness.
