摘　　要：介绍赖新生教授以通元论治偏头痛的临床经验。赖新生教授认为偏头痛的病机包括神不安、元失养、诸气失和三个主要方面。治疗上,以通督养神、培元固本、养气调气为法;临证主张分期施治、法不拘一、灵活配穴。The authors intend to introduce Professor LAI Xinsheng's clinial experience in treating migraine from Tongyuan Theory.Professor LAI Xinsheng believes that the pathogenesis of migraine lies in three major aspects:restless spirit,lack of nourishment of original qi and disharmony of each qi.In terms of treatment methods,it is to unblock the governor vessel and nourish the spirit,cultivate original qi and consolidate the root,and tonify qi and regulate qi movement.In clinical practice,it is recommended to treat by stages with more than one method and flexible acupoint selection.
