摘　　要：介绍彭剑虹教授运用育阴潜阳法治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床经验。原发性干燥综合征属中医燥痹范畴。彭剑虹教授认为,燥痹并非单纯的津液亏乏,其发病存在阴精的不足、阴虚阳亢的特点。临证参何炎燊名老中医运用育阴潜阳法治疗阴虚阳亢疾病之核心思想,运用育阴潜阳法治疗燥病,常用方为三甲复脉汤,并在此方的基础上加减滋补肝肾、益气健脾、活血通络之药。This paper introduces the clinical experience of Professor PENG Jianhong using the method of nourishing yin and subduing yang in the treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome.Primary Sjogen's syndrome belongs to the category of dry impediment in Chinese medicine.Professor PENG holds that dry impediment is not simply a deficiency of body fluids,but rather characterized by insufficient yin essence and yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity.The clinical practice follows the guidance of the core idea of HE Yanshen,a famous experienced Chinese medicine physician,in using the method of nourishing yin and subduing yang to treat diseases of yin deficiency with yang hyperactivity;in the treatment of dry diseases with the method of nourishing yin and subduing yang,the common formula is Sanjia Fumai Decoction,based on which Chinese medicinals of nourishing the liver and kidney,boosting qi and fortifying the spleen,and invigorating blood and unblocking the collaterals can be modified.
