摘　　要：本文以高铁开通的“准自然实验”为契机,选取中国地级城市的面板数据,采用双重差分法评估了城市开通高铁对吸引境外游客入境旅游的作用。研究发现,高铁显著带动了城市入境旅游业的发展,通过引入工具变量进行内生性处理后的结果依然稳健。异质性检验结果表明,相比于中西部地区,高铁对于东部地区入境旅游外汇收入以及游客人数的正向作用更为突出。此外,作为交通节点的城市,其向外发散的高铁路线数量也会对该市入境旅游业的发展产生不同程度的影响;不同时速的高速铁路对入境旅游的影响存在差异。机制检验表明,高铁主要通过提高城市的对外开放水平和服务供给水平来带动入境旅游业发展。文本的研究丰富了运输经济学的理论应用,为我国入境旅游业发展提供了重要的现实依据。This paper takes the opening of high-speed rail as an quasi-natural experiment,selecting the panel data of prefecture-level cities in China,and uses the differencein-differences method to evaluate the attraction to overseas tourists.This study finds that high-speed rail significantly promotes the development of cities'inbound tourism industry,and the results remain robust after introducing instrumental variables for endogenous treatment.Heterogeneity test results show that compared with central and western regions,the positive effect of high-speed rail on the inbound tourism foreign exchange income and the number of tourists in the eastern region are more prominent.In addition,the number of high-speed rail routes radiating outward as a transportation node city also has different impacts on the development of the city's inbound tourism industry.Also,different speed of high-speed railways make different effect on inbound tourism.Mechanism testing shows that high-speed rail mainly promotes the development of inbound tourism industry by improving cities'openness and service supply level.The research of this paper enriches the theoretical application of transportation economics and provides important practical basis for the development of China's inbound tourism industry.
