《金匮要略》“白术附子汤”与“《近效》术附子汤”考辨

摘　　要：[目的]探究《金匮要略》白术附子汤与《近效》术附子汤的原貌,明确二者之间的关系,以期更好地开展临床应用与研究工作。[方法]从校勘学的角度出发,使用对校、本校、他校、理校、归纳与演绎等文献校勘方法,并结合历史背景对其演变的原因进行探究。[结果]从校勘学角度考证,《金匮要略》中的白术附子汤与《近效》术附子汤并非同一方,前者方药的用量当为目前通行邓珍本《金匮要略》所载的一倍,后者方药实际上与张仲景的甘草附子汤相同。基于历史视角分析,二方被混淆的原因有三:一为方名相近导致误会,二为宋臣“无心”之失,三为元代邓珍“助攻”。[结论]《金匮要略》白术附子汤与《近效》术附子汤的方药已经考证清晰,二者关系已经明确,可为进一步开展相关研究与利用工作提供参考。[Objective Objective]To explore the original appearance of the Baizhu Fuzi Decoction in Jingui Yaolue and Jinxiao Zhufuzi Decoction,and to clarify the relationship between them,with a view to better carry out further related research and utilization work.[Methods Methods]Based on the perspective of proofreading,the documentary proofreading methods of collation,self-proofreading,other-proofreading,rational proofreading,induction and deduction were applied.Besides,the reasons for its evolution were discussed from the perspective of history.[Results Results]From the perspective of proofreading,the Baizhu Fuzi Decoction is not the same as the Jinxiao Zhufuzi Decoction.The dosage of the former formula should be double of that in DENG Zhen’s version of Jingui Yaolue,while the latter formula is in fact identical to ZHANG Zhongjing’s Gancao Fuzi Decoction.Based on the analysis of historical perspective,the two formulae were confused for three reasons:the similarity of their names,the“inadvertent”mistake made by officials of the Song Dynasty,the“assist”from DENG Zhen in Yuan Dynasty.[Conclusion Conclusion]The original appearance of the Baizhu Fuzi Decoction in Jingui Yaolue and Jinxiao Zhufuzi Decoction has been clarified,which can be used as a reference for further related research and utilization work.
