基于“肺-脾-肾同治”治疗感染后咳嗽(风寒袭肺型)的理论分析

摘　　要：感染后咳嗽初期病因以感受风寒为主,以疏风散寒,宣肺止咳为主要治疗原则。然多数患者在服用西药抗病毒、抗菌消炎、解痉镇咳治疗中后期出现食欲减退、全身乏力、大便黏滞,甚至腰膝无力,夜尿频多。辨证论治更应肺、脾、肾三脏同治,未病先防。三拗鱼龙汤是王朝亮教授在《太平惠民和剂局方》中三拗汤基础上审慎病因,辨证加减而创新,可解表热、宣肺气、清生痰之热;补脾气、化痰湿、消生痰之本;温肾阳、行津液、运痰湿之滞。该方疗效显著,为感染后咳嗽(风寒袭肺型)提供一条新的治疗方案。The initial cause of post-infectious cough is mainly wind-cold,and the main treatment principle is to dispel wind and cold,promote lung Qi and stop cough.However,most patients experience loss of appetite,general fa-tigue,sticky stools,even weakness in the waist and knees,and frequent urination in the middle and late stages of taking Western medicine for antiviral,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic and antitussive treatment.Syndrome differentiation and treatment should treat the lungs,spleen,and kidneys together,and prevent before the disease.Sanao Yulong Decoction is an innovation made by Professor WANG Chaoliang based on the Sanao Decoction in Taiping Hu-imin Hejijufang by carefully considering the cause,adding and subtracting syndromes.It can relieve superficial heat,promote lung qi,and clear the heat of phlegm;tonify spleen Qi,transform phlegm and dampness,and eliminate the root of phlegm;warm kidney yang,promote body fluid,and transport phlegm and dampness.This prescription has significant efficacy and provides a new treatment plan for post-infectious cough(wind-cold attacking the lung type).
