摘　　要：在肿瘤发生发展及抗肿瘤过程中出现的失眠症状被称为肿瘤相关性失眠(CRI),不及时治疗易发展为慢性失眠,严重影响患者生活质量及肿瘤治疗效果。基于“一气周流”理论辨证论治肿瘤相关性失眠(CRI),提出并详细论述其病机关键为肝脾不和所致“气失衡”,即肝脾不和,气机失司,气郁神扰而致失眠,以“肝脾同调”为中心,治在“扶土达木、燮理阴阳”,却不可过分纠正阴阳平衡,以达到“与狼共舞”的带瘤生存状态,可有效的改善患者生活质量、延缓肿瘤的发生发展。Insomnia which occurs in the process of tumor occurrence and development and anti-tumor is called tumor-associated insomnia (CRI). Without timely treatment, it is easy to develop into chronic insomnia, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients and the effect of tumor treatment. Based on the theory of "one qi circulation" in the treatment of tumor-related insomnia (CRI), this paper puts forward and discusses in detail that the key to its pathogenesis is "qi imbalance" caused by disharmony between liver and spleen, that is, disharmony between liver and spleen, disorder of qi, and insomnia caused by qi depression. Taking "homology of liver and spleen" as the central idea, it is necessary to treat "tonifying the earth and regulating yin and yang", but the balance of yin and yang should not be excessively corrected in order to achieve the tumor-bearing survival state of "dancing with wolves". It can effec-tively improve the quality of life of patients and delay the occurrence and development of tumor.
