摘 要:随着当今社会信息技术的飞速发展,线上线下混合式教学模式在高校教学中已得到广泛应用,成为一种教学改革的趋势,多数高等院校都在积极探索。同时也是提高教学效率、提升教学效果的重要模式。作者以辽宁中医药大学校内《中医药营养学概论》专业限选课程为例,将线上与线下相结合的教学模式应用于其中,教学内容做到与时俱进,提升课程趣味性,教学方法做到多样化、实用化,参与跨校选修,调动学生的学习积极性,提升学生的自主学习能力,促进教学相长,提高教学质量。并对教学效果进行了调查,总结经验,对存在的问题进行思考,为优化教学方案和教学效果做出基础,实现将其从传统公共选修课程有效升级为专业限选课程,为其他中医药课程混合式教学的开展提供思路和方法,并为教育教学改革提供一定的参考。With the rapid development of information technology in today's society, the online-offline blended teaching mode has been widely used in college teaching and has become a trend of teaching reform, which is being ac-tively explored by most higher education institutions.It is also an important model for improving the efficiency and ef-fectiveness of teaching and learning.This paper takes Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine's on-campus "Introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine Nutrition" as an example of a professional limited elective course, in which a combination of online and offline teaching modes are applied to the teaching content to keep abreast of the times and enhance the interest of the course, and the teaching methods to be diversified and practical, and to partici-pate in the cross-campus electives to mobilise the students' motivation to learn, enhance the students' ability to learn on their own, and to promote the mutual benefit of teaching and learning to improve the quality of teaching.It also in-vestigated the teaching effect, summed up the experience, thought about the existing problems, made the basis for op-timising the teaching scheme and teaching effect, achieved the effective upgrading of it from a traditional public elec-tive course to a professional limited elective course, provided ideas and methods for the development of the blended teaching of other traditional Chinese medicine courses, and provided certain references for the education and teaching reform, and assisted in the construction of the traditional Chinese medicine courses of our university.
