摘　　要：目的探讨椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩实施项目化护理管理的临床价值。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月在我院分娩的80例产妇,按数字随机分组法将其分为两组,所有产妇均行椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩,在此基础上对照组产妇行常规护理,观察组产妇实施项目化护理管理,对比两组产妇不良妊娠结局率、各产程时间、护理总满意度及焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分。结果观察组产妇产后出血、新生儿窒息、胎儿窘迫等不良妊娠结局率虽低于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05),这与选取样本较少有关;观察组产妇各产程时间短于对照组,护理后不良情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产妇护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论项目化护理管理在椎管内麻醉镇痛分娩中具有良好的应用效果,有利于缩短产程,降低不良妊娠结局率和产妇的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高产妇对临床护理的总满意度。Objective To explore the clinical value of project nursing management for intravertebral anesthesia analgesic delivery.Methods Select 80 women who gave birth in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023,divided into two groups according to numerical randomization.All parturient received intraspinal anesthesia and analgesic delivery.On this basis,the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given project-based nursing management.Compare the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,duration of each labor stage,nursing total satisfaction,anxiety(SAS)score and depression(SDS)score between two groups of parturients.Results Although the rates of adverse pregnancy outcomes such as maternal postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,and fetal distress in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),which was related to the small number of selected samples.The duration of each stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the negative emotion scores after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of maternal nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Project-based nursing management has a good application effect in intravertebral anesthesia analgesic delivery,which is conducive to shortening labor time,reducing adverse pregnancy outcome rate and maternal anxiety and depression,and improving maternal satisfaction with clinical nursing.
