摘  要:本文综述小檗碱对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)耐药基因表达的影响及其抗菌活性等。小檗碱俗称黄连素,是从中药黄连中分离的一种季铵生物碱,是黄连抗菌的主要有效成分。研究表明,小檗碱具有丰富的抗菌活性,可对多药耐药(MDR)菌、真菌、非MDR菌等起到抗耐药作用;通过与抗生素联用或单独应用降低MRSA生物被膜、外排泵等耐药机制关键基因的表达以降低耐药性。同时本文还对小檗碱治疗MRSA耐药性的研究进行展望,期望为其他学者提供思考依据,使小檗碱早日成为新型治疗MRSA感染的药物。This paper reviewed the effect of berberine on the expression of drug resistance gene of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)and its antibacterial activity.Berberine,commonly known as berberine,is a quaternary ammonium alkaloid isolated from coptis chinensis.It is the main effective component of antibacterial.Studies have shown that berberine has rich antibacterial activity and can play an anti-drug resistance role against multidrug resistance(MDR)bacteria,fungi and non-MDR bacteria.The expression of MRSA biofilm,efflux pump and other key genes of drug resistance mechanism can be significantly reduced by combination with antibiotics or single application.At the same time,this paper also looks forward to the research of berberine in the treatment of MRSA resistance,hoping to provide thinking basis for future scholars,and make berberine become a new drug for the treatment of MRSA infection as soon as possible.
