克霉唑栓联合氟康唑在真菌性阴道炎患者临床治疗干预中的可行性

摘　　要：目的分析不同用药方案在真菌性阴道炎患者临床治疗干预中的可行性。方法选择本社区卫生服务中心2022年1月至2022年12月收治的90例真菌性阴道炎患者为观察对象,经随机数字表法分组,其中对照组患者单纯接受克霉唑栓治疗,观察组患者则在克霉唑栓基础上实施氟康唑治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者排尿疼痛、白带异常、外阴红肿、外阴瘙痒等临床症状消失时间低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者药物不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月的结果证明,观察组患者的真菌性阴道炎复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑栓联合氟康唑治疗真菌性阴道炎可显著提升治疗效果,且联合用药可在更短时间内改善患者临床症状,并且是一种安全且有效的治疗方案。Objective To analyze the feasibility of different medication schemes in clinical therapeutic intervention for patients with fungal vaginitis.Methods Ninety patients with fungal vaginitis treated in our community health service center from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation objects,by random number table group,the control group patients simply receive clotrimazole therapy,observation group was treated with fluconazole based on clotrimazole suppository,compare the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results The total response rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical symptoms such as urination pain,abnormal leucorrhea,swelling of vulva and pruritus of vulva disappeared earlier in observation group than in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The results of the 6-month follow-up proved that the recurrence rate of fungal vaginitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of fungal vaginitis with clotrimazole plug and fluconazole can significantly improve the treatment effect,and the combination of drug can improve the clinical symptoms of patients in a shorter time,which is a safe and effective treatment plan.
