某院2023年2月—8月门急诊处方点评及分析

摘　　要：目的通过调查分析我院2023年2月—8月门急诊处方,旨在分析不合理处方并制定改进措施,促进医院用药合理性,保障患者用药安全。方法通过美康临床药学管理系统随机抽取我院2023年2月1日至2023年8月31日处方259500张,统计分析不合理处方。结果不合理处方1754张,处方不合理率为0.68%。其中不规范处方74张(占比3.94%),用药不适宜处方为1793张(占比95.58%),超常处方9张(占比0.48%)。结论我院门急诊处方合格率较高,但仍存在不合理用药情况,医院需进一步加强处方点评工作,规范医师用药行为,促进临床用药合理性,确保患者用药安全。Objective To investigate and analyze the prescriptions of outpatient and emergency in our hospital from February to August 2023 in order to assess unreasonable prescriptions and develop improvement methods to promote the rationality use of drug in hospital and patient medication safety.Methods Two hundred and fifty-nine thousand and five hundred prescriptions were randomly selected from February to August 2023 by using the Meikang Clinical Pharmacy System,and the irrational prescriptions were analyzed.Results There were 1754 unreasonable prescriptions,with an unreasonable rate of 0.68%.Among them,74 non-standard prescriptions(accounting for 3.94%),1793 inappropriate prescriptions for medication(95.58%),9 supernormal prescriptions(0.48%).Conclusions The qualified rate of outpatient and emergency prescriptions in our hospital is relatively high,but there are still cases of unreasonable use of drag.It is necessary to further strengthen the prescription evaluations,standardize the medication behavior of doctors,promote the rationality of clinical medication to promote rational use of drug.
