天麻钩藤饮加减联合缬沙坦胶囊治疗高血压的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的对天麻钩藤饮加减联合缬沙坦胶囊在高血压疾病治疗中的临床运用效果情况展开研究。方法抽取2021年10月至2022年9月所接诊的102例高血压患者作为研究主体,依照随机数表法分作两个小组,参照组予以缬沙坦胶囊治疗,试验组予以缬沙坦胶囊与天麻钩藤饮加减治疗。对比两组患者的治疗有效率、血压变化和血脂指标变化情况。结果试验组总有效率高于参照组(χ^(2)=3.991,P<0.05)。试验组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压均低于参照组及本组治疗前(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后TG、TC、LDL-C均有所降低,而HDL-C则有所提高,与参照组相比较,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论在高血压疾病治疗过程中采用天麻钩藤饮加减与缬沙坦胶囊联合治疗,疗效明显,能有效控制患者的血压水平,改善其血脂指标。Objective Conduct a study on the clinical application effect of modified Tianma Gouteng drink combined with valsartan capsules in the treatment of hypertension.Methods One hundred and two hypertensive patients admitted from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The reference group received treatment with valsartan capsules,while the experimental group received treatment with modified versions of valsartan capsules and Tianma Gouteng drink.Comparison of the treatment efficiency,blood pressure changes and changes in blood lipid indexes in the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(χ^(2)=3.991,P<0.05).The systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group after treatment were lower than those of the reference group before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TG,TC,and LDL-C in the experimental group decreased,while HDL-C increased,compared with the reference group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of hypertension,the combination of modified Tianma Gouteng drink and valsartan capsules has a significant therapeutic effect,can effectively control the patient's blood pressure level,improve their blood lipid indicators.
