集束化护理模式在降低老年髋部脆性骨折炎性因子水平和下肢深静脉血栓中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋部脆性骨折患者实施集束化护理模式对降低其炎性因子水平和下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的作用。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月惠安县医院收治的190例老年髋部脆性骨折患者,用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理模式,95例)与观察组(集束化护理模式,95例),对比两组护理前后的炎性因子水平、疼痛程度、髋关节功能及并发症发生率。结果护理后,在白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)方面,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);在视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分方面,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);在Harris髋关节功能量表评分方面,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于老年髋部脆性骨折患者而言,集束化护理模式既能有效降低其炎性因子水平,减轻疼痛感,同时能提高髋关节功能,降低DVT等并发症的发生风险。Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing mode on reducing the level of inflammatory factors and lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in elderly patients with hip fragility fracture.Methods The observation objects of this study were 190 elderly patients with hip fragility fracture admitted to Huian County Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.The cases were grouped into control group(conventional nursing,95 cases)and observation group(cluster nursing mode,95 cases)using random number table method.The levels of inflammatory factors,pain degree,hip function and complication rate before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analog scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of Harris hip function scale was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group which was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For elderly patients with hip fragility fracture,the cluster nursing mode can not only effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors and pain,but also improve the hip function and reduce the risk of complications such as DVT.
