熬夜对大学生身心健康影响的实证研究

摘　　要：熬夜严重影响大学生的身心健康。通过问卷调研法对大学生熬夜认知、态度与行为进行统计分析,采用SPSS 20.0软件进行数据处理。研究结果显示,熬夜现象在大学生群体中达94%以上,且这一比例随年级增长而增长,大学生对熬夜危害的认知维度与其行为失调,大学生熬夜态度维度与其性别、月生活费存在显著相关性。大学生熬夜的自控力维度主要表现为性别与从众性熬夜显著相关,年级与自控性熬夜显著相关。追剧、打游戏、刷短视频、舍友熬夜等是造成大学生熬夜的主要原因。高校应加强培养大学生的时间管理能力与自控能力,提升其自我管理能力,使其能更好地完成学业、适应社会的发展。Staying up late seriously affects the physical and mental health of college students.In this study,through questionnaire survey,the cognition,attitude and behavior of college students staying up late are statistically analyzed,and SPSS20.0 software is used for analysis and processing.The results show that the phenomenon of staying up late accounts for more than 94%of college students,and this proportion increases with the growth of grade.The cognitive and behavioral dissonance exists in college students to the harm of staying up late.The correlation analysis finds that the dimension of college students’attitude towards staying up late is significantly correlated with gender and monthly living expenses.The dimensions of self-control of college students staying up late are as follows:gender is significantly correlated with conformity,and grade is significantly correlated with self-control.Further interviews show that watching TV series,playing games,watching short videos,and staying up late are the main reasons for staying up late.Colleges and universities should constantly promote the development of college students’time management ability and self-control ability,improve their self-management ability,so that they can better complete their studies and adapt to the development of society.
