胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗心衰伴室性心律失常疗效及对心电图HR、QTc的改善效果

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性心功能不全伴室性心律失常采用胺碘酮、美托洛尔联合治疗的效果,以及对患者心电图HR、QTc的改善效果。方法从新疆伊犁哈萨克自治州奎屯医院2019年6月1日-2022年6月1日治疗的慢性心功能不全伴室性心律失常患者中选取68例纳入本次研究,根据双盲法将患者分为2小组,2小组分别接受美托洛尔治疗(对照组,n=34)、胺碘酮联合美托洛尔治疗(实验组,n=34),对患者的治疗效果进行比较,同时对比2组心电图HR、QTc指标情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果对比2组疗效,实验组治疗总有效(94.12%)明显更高,2组差异显著(P<0.05);对比对照组,实验组HR、EF、QTC等指标明显更优,2组差异显著(P<0.05);对比2组不良反应,实验组不良反应发生率(2.94%)明显更低,2组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在慢性心功能不全伴室性心律失常治疗中,应用胺碘酮、美托洛尔联合治疗,可提升疗效,对患者心功能的改善作用显著,且副作用小,安全性高。Objective Investigating the effect of amiodarone and metoprolol combined therapy on chronic cardiac dysfunction with ventricular arrhythmia and the improvement of HR and QTc in ECG of patients.Method Sixty-eight patients with chronic heart dysfunction with ventricular arrhythmia admitted to Kuitun Hospital,Yili Kazak Autonomous Prefecture,Xinjiang,from June 1,2019 to June 1,2022 were included in this study.According to the double-blind method,the patients were divided into two groups,and the two groups were respectively treated with metoprolol(control group,n=34),amiodarone combined with metoprolol(experimental group n=34),the therapeutic effects of patients were compared,and the ECG HR,QTc indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the therapeutic effect,The experimental group's total effective rate(94.12%)was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,HR,EF,QTC and other indexes in the experimental group were significantly better,having significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Comparing the incidence of adverse reactions,proportion of experimental group(2.94%)was lower than the control group,the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of chronic cardiac dysfunction with ventricular arrhythmia,the combination therapy of amiodarone and metoprolol can improve the curative effect,significantly improve the cardiac function of patients,and have few side effects and high safety.
