离岸金融市场视角下数字人民币对人民币国际化的影响效果探析

摘　　要：在美元霸权和“去美元化”趋势并在的国际金融格局下,各国纷纷推出央行数字货币,这是人民币国际化面临的重大机遇和挑战。本文在概述数字人民币和人民币国际化的定义及特点的基础上,从离岸金融市场的视角出发,详细分析了数字人民币对人民币国际化的影响效果。研究表明,数字人民币提升了跨境支付的便利性,增强了人民币的国际储备货币地位,完善了人民币跨境支付体系,为人民币国际化提供了新动力。但同时面临SWIFT系统向数字人民币转型的压力,以及技术标准、监管框架和地缘政治因素的挑战。基于此,本文提出加快数字人民币应用、完善CIPS体系、加强国际标准制定等建议,以充分发挥数字人民币在推动人民币国际化方面的积极作用。Under the influence of dollar hegemony and the trend of"de-dollarization,"the international financial landscape is changing.Countries are increasingly launching central bank digital currencies,which presents significant opportunities and challenges for the internationalization of the RMB.Based on an overview of the definition and characteristics of digital RMB and RMB internationalization,the impact of digital RMB on RMB internationalization is analyzed in detail from the perspective of the off shore financial market.The study shows that digital RMB enhances the convenience of cross-border payment,strengthens the international reserve currency status of RMB,improves the RMB cross-border payment system,and provides a new impetus for RMB internationalization.However,it also faces the pressure of the transformation of the SWIFT system to digital RMB,as well as the challenges of technical standards,regulatory frameworks and geopolitical factors.Based on this,suggestions are put forward to accelerate the application of digital RMB,improve the CIPS system,and strengthen the development of international standards,so as to give full play to the positive role of digital RMB in promoting the internationalization of RMB.
