广深地区低空经济全产业链发展的策略研究

摘　　要：广深地区作为中国经济发展的重要引擎,近年来在推进低空经济发展方面取得了显著成效。通过构建通用航空产业链、建设无人机产业基地和创建低空经济示范区,该地区不仅促进了产业规模的扩大,还优化了产业结构。然而,这一发展过程并非没有挑战。通用航空产业的配套设施不足限制了产业的快速扩张;低空空域管理体制的改革步伐缓慢,影响了航空活动的便捷性和安全性;产业配套建设的不完善也制约了产业链的完整性。为了应对这些问题,广深地区需要加快基础设施建设,提升服务能力,同时推动政策创新,简化审批流程,以适应低空经济发展的需求。此外,加强人才培养和技术研发投入也是关键,这将有助于提高产业自主创新能力和竞争力。通过这些措施,广深地区有望在低空经济领域实现更加持续和健康的发展,为区域乃至国家经济增长贡献新的动力。As an important engine of China’s economic development,the Guangzhou-Shenzhen region has made remarkable achievements in promoting low-altitude economic development in recent years.Through the construction of a general aviation industry chain,the construction of an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)industrial base and the establishment of a low-altitude economic demonstration zone,the region not only promotes the expansion of industrial scale,but also optimizes the industrial structure.However,this development process is not without challenges.The lack of supporting facilities in general aviation industry limits the rapid expansion of the industry;the slow reform of low-altitude airspace management system aff ects the convenience and safety of aviation activities;the imperfect industrial supporting construction also restricts the integrity of the industrial chain.To cope with these problems,Guangzhou and Shenzhen need to speed up infrastructure construction,improve service capacity,and promote policy innovation and simplify the approval process to meet the needs of low-altitude economic development.In addition,strengthening talent training and investment in technology research and development is also the key,which will help improve the industry’s independent innovation ability and competitiveness.Through these measures,the Guangzhou-Shenzhen region is expected to achieve a more sustainable and healthy development in the low-altitude economic fi eld,and contribute new impetus to the regional and even national economic growth.
