摘　　要：系统检索2000年至2023年Web of Science数据库中与减重代谢手术相关的学术论文.运用文献计量学方法和可视化技术,深入剖析该领域的研究趋势、主要研究者、研究机构以及研究热点.通过分析,揭示减重代谢外科领域的研究动态和前沿进展.此外,笔者还探讨了当前研究的热点和挑战,以及未来可能的研究方向.该研究不仅为减重代谢手术领域的研究者提供了有价值的参考信息,也为临床实践和政策制定提供科学依据.This study systematically searches for academic papers related to metabolic and bariatric surgery between 2000 and 2023 through the Web of Science database,and uses biblio-metric methods and visualization techniques to deeply analyse research trends,leading researchers,research institutions,and hotspots in this field.Through analysis,it uncovers the research dynamics and cutting-edge advancements in metabolic and bariatric surgery.Additionally,the authors explore current research hotspots,challenges,and potential future research directions.This study not only provides valuable reference information for researchers in the field of metabolic and bariatric surgery,but also offers a scientific basis for clinical practice and policy making.
