摘　　要：陈绍宏教授系第四届国医大师,中医急诊专家,其中西医理论基础扎实、临床经验丰富,在长期的临床及教学实践中总结出自身独具特色的理论体系,开创了中西医融合方法论,擅长治疗内科常见病及疑难杂病。其基于“治病必求于本”理论治疗内科杂病,临床上疗效显著。本文将对陈绍宏教授基于“疾病之本”及“后天之本”治疗内科杂病经验进行介绍,以为后学临证提供新的思路。Professor Chen Shaohong is the fourth national master of traditional Chinese medicine and an emergency expert of traditional Chinese medicine.He has a solid theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese and Western medicine and rich clinical experience.He has summed up his own unique theoretical system in long-term clinical and teaching practice,created a methodology of integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and is good at treating common diseases and difficult and complicated diseases in internal medicine.Based on the theory of‘treating diseases requires seeking the root cause’,it has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases in internal medicine.This article will introduce Professor Chen Shaohong’s experience in the treatment of internal diseases based on‘the root of disease’and‘the foundation of acquired constitution’,so as to provide new ideas for future clinical practice.
