摘　　要：当前临床中以针刺法治疗抑郁症多从肝论治,以疏肝理气、调畅情志为大法,取穴以督脉、肝经为主,但以此种思路进行治疗并不适用于所有患者。从一气周流理论看,人身经气循行如环无端,周流不息,肝属木,司人身生发之性,若仅从生发处求治则属有升无降,不足以推动一气周流。肺属金,在志为悲,又主肃降,从肝肺同治的角度治疗抑郁症或可弥补仅从肝论治的不足,更能推动人身气机周流。In clinical practice,acupuncture treatment of depression is mainly based on the liver,and the principles of treatment is to soothe the liver and regulate qi,and regulate emotions.The acupoints are mainly selected from the Du Channel and the Liver Channel,but it’s not applicable to all patients.According to the theory of“One Qi Circulation”,the Qi of liver rises on the left,the Qi of lungs descends on the right,it makes the qi circulate in the body like a“endless cycle”.Considered of the relationship of Liver and Lung,adopting Liver-Lung simultaneous Treatment to the acupuncture treatment of depression can promote the qi circulate in human body,which may make up the deficiency of the treatment principle based on the Liver.
