从中医“冬病夏治”浅析穴位敷贴在小儿呼吸系统疾病中的应用价值

摘　　要：小儿呼吸系统疾病会引起喘息、咳嗽等症状,对患儿身心造成了严重影响。“冬病夏治”穴位敷贴将穴位、药物和治疗时间相结合,在夏季将药物敷贴贴于特定腧穴,以防治冬季疾病发生及发展。“冬病夏治”综合运用了“天人相应”整体观、阴阳平衡观、治未病疾病预防观,具有安全有效、操作简单等优点,是中医特色的疾病防治方法。本文将浅析“冬病夏治”穴位敷贴治疗慢性咳嗽、反复呼吸道感染及支气管哮喘等小儿呼吸系统疾病的价值。Respiratory system diseases are frequently-occurring and common diseases in children.Children are often accompanied by symptoms such as wheezing and coughing,which have serious effects on their body and mind.The acupoint application based on treating winter disease in summer combines acupoints,drugs and treatment time,and applies drugs to specific acupoints in summer to prevent the occurrence and development of winter diseases.Treating winter disease in summer is the comprehensive application of the overall concept of correspondence between man and universe,the concept of yin-yang balance and concept of preventing illness,with safety,effectiveness and simple operation.It is a disease prevention method with TCM characteristics.This article briefly analyzes the value of acupoint application based on treating winter disease in summer in the treatment of children with respiratory system diseases(chronic cough,recurrent respiratory tract infection,bronchial asthma).
