翳风穴温和灸联合针刺对面神经炎患者面神经麻痹程度及功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究翳风穴温和灸联合针刺对面神经炎患者面神经麻痹程度及功能的影响。方法:研究医院2019年1月~2023年11月收治的60例面神经炎患者,采用随机信封法将上述患者分为对照组(n=30,采用常规治疗配合针刺)、观察组(n=30,对照组基础上配合翳风穴温和灸),比较两组患者中医证候积分、面部神经麻痹程度及功能、疗效、面部残疾指数、炎症水平、不良反应。结果(1)相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均有下降(P<0.05),且观察组相较于对照组均更低(P<0.05);(2)治疗后,观察组面神经功能分级量表(H-B)I级和II级占比、H-B评分相较于对照组更高(P<0.05),H-B V级占比相较于对照组更低(P<0.05);(3)观察组总有效率相较于对照组更高(P<0.05);(4)相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者社会功能得分均有降低,且观察组相较于对照组均更低(P<0.05);相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者躯体功能得分均有升高,且观察组相较于对照组均更高(P<0.05);(5)相较于治疗前,治疗后两组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)均有降低,且观察组相较于对照组均更低(P<0.05);(6)两组患者治疗后不良反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:翳风穴温和灸联合针刺治疗对于面神经炎患者而言,更能改善中医症状、面部神经麻痹程度及功能、面部残疾指数,有利于提升疗效,降低炎症水平,且安全性高,具有应用价值。Objective To explore the influence of mild moxibustion at Yifeng acupoint combined with acupuncture on facial nerve paralysis degree and function in patients with facial neuritis.Methods 60patients with facial neuritis in our hospital from January 2019to November 2023were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=30,routine treatment combined with acupuncture)and observation group(n=30,mild moxibustion at Yifeng acupoint on the basis of control group).The TCM syndromes scores,facial nerve paralysis degree and function,efficacy,facial disability index,inflammation level and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results(1)Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the proportions of facial nerve function grading scale(H-B)grade I and grade II and H-B score in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05)while the proportion of H-B grade V was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).(3)The observation group had higher total effective rate(P<0.05)(4)Compared with before treatment,the social function score in both groups was reduced after treatment,and the score in observation group was lower(P<0.05).The physical function scorewas increased in both groups after treatment compared with that before treatment,and the score was higher in observation group(P<0.05).(5)Compared with before treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)in the two groups were declined after treatment,and the levels in observation group were lower compared to control group(P<0.05).(6)There were no statistical differences in adverse reactions between groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with facial nerve neuritis,mild moxibustion at Yifeng acupoint combined with acupuncture can improve TCM symptoms,facial nerve paralysis degree and function and facial disability index,and it is conducive
