摘　　要：本文针对复杂的模拟视频转换器,提出了一种直接采集输出端模拟信号来进行功能判定和电参数测试的测试方法,使用ATE测试机采集输出波形并进行数据处理。该方法解决了模拟视频转换器在生产测试过程中可靠性低的问题,提高了测试效率,降低了人工测试成本。This paper proposes a testing method for complex analog video encoders,which directly collects analog signals from the output end for functional judgment and electrical parameter testing.The ATE testing machine is used to collect output waveforms and perform data processing.This method solves the problem of low reliability of analog video converters during production testing process,improves testing efficiency,and reduces manual testing costs.
